Angin

He saw the clouds that were getting gray, sometimes he noticed the path he was walking on, but occasionally he looked up again. He wondered why the day was cloudy for so long, but it wasn't raining either, he came home and blamed the television but there was no news about the weather. He pulled the blanket out while praying that today there would be no tornado. In recent days, especially this December, rain and wind have not stopped visiting Jakarta. He looked doubtfully at the window, the drizzle began to fall, the spots seemed to be thinly piercing the trees. He looked doubtful when he saw the tree that was swaying because the wind was coming. With a little fear he walked to the window, he opened the window, now he is on the second floor of his house. He could see several people crossing the road in a hurry, he was fixated on a grandfather carrying an umbrella who was crossing, then the umbrella fell out of his grasp. Carrying a very strong wind, at that time he rushed to close the window and got down, "Mother, I'll come out for a while," he said as he approached his mother. He opened the door then forgot and stepped back, he took his umbrella, he hurried as he opened the umbrella. About ten meters away, the old man was still crossing and covering his head with his hands. He ran and was nearly hit by a motorbike because he didn't look to the left first. The motorcyclist pressed the horn very long because he was too angry. He waved at the motorcyclist casually, meaning sorry, but whether the rider understood it or not. He umbrella grandfather, grandfather looked a little surprised "Thank you son" "Yes, you're welcome. Where's Grandpa's house? " "Three blocks from here" Seeing the grandfather who was carrying a shopping bag, he became annoyed with this grandfather's child or grandchild. Who has the heart to let a grandfather walk alone to shop, when the weather looks very disturbing. Moreover, the grandfather had to walk three blocks, to go to a vegetable shop that was rarely here. "What's your name, son?" "I'm Thorin grandpa" "Your name is good" "Thank you, it was taken from the novel, Grandpa, my father likes reading novels," Thorin explained The rain was getting heavier and made them have to walk slowly, the wind was so strong but Thorin was holding onto the umbrella handle tightly. Even though he and grandpa might get drenched, but thorin wants to escort grandfather safely. He took off the coat he had been wearing earlier before going down from the room. He put it on grandfather, "Thank you son," said grandfather. Almost inaudible when Grandpa said that, the rain crashing on the road made a very noisy sound. There were no cars or other vehicles passing by, they were all already in their homes, maybe. Houses where all the doors were now closed, maybe some of them were warming themselves in the house, in front of the fireplace, or were sipping hot chocolate. Thorin continued to fantasize about the nonsense. One block had passed when the wind was very strong against the two of them, because of the thorin who was too serious about his delusion, the umbrella slipped from his grasp. Thorin quickly chased the umbrella, but at a glance he saw a guard post not far from him, he turned around and invited his grandfather to take shelter under the guard post. The guard post is quite sturdy because all the materials used as the foundation and the pillars are made of cement and bricks. For a moment Thorin looked for the location of his missing umbrella, or rather somewhere. "Damn" he muttered, there was no one who passed or even left the house for a moment, or at least saw the two of them from the window. "Grandfather is not cold, right?" "Just relax, grandpa is okay" Thorin rubbed his hands together to make them feel warm, but it didn't seem to work because they were too damp. He embraced his own body, rubbing his hands against his arms. "Grandpa ... Why do you have to shop, don't you have grandchildren or children who can shop" said Thorin somewhat sarcastically. "Grandfather has, one child and one grandson" "So, why don't they just shop?" "I have one child, a woman he is married and gives me a granddaughter. Several years ago, my son and daughter-in-law died in an accident " "Why don't your grandchildren do the shopping?" "He is sick" “I already know why you have to shop by yourself. I apologize for considering them so ungodly before, and I'm sorry. What's your grandson's name? " Thorin smiled trying to neutralize the situation. "Syrena" "The name is good grandpa" "Yes, that's my given name. Maybe now he has awakened from his sleep and is worried about me, if you don't mind can we walk again now? " Thorin watched the incessant rain from the sky, the wind was still blowing b***h but not as strong as before.
