Chapter 7

Author POV Four days, Risa has undergone the National Examination and she can solve it easily. Today he must come to school to confirm the college he chose, but until now Risa still has not determined where he will continue his education. At Risa's school it was classified as an extraordinary child. Obviously, when in eleventh grade he was chosen to represent the school at the Mathematics Olympiad and he won first place at the DKI Jakarta level. Today, after 2 weeks of completing the National Examination. Risa, summoned by the principal when he entered, there was already a principal and his homeroom teacher, Mrs. Emil. "Sit down, Sa," said Mrs. Emil when she saw Risa who had just come and entered the principal's room. "What's wrong, sir?" Tanya Risa, who was confused, was suddenly summoned directly by the headmaster, Risa tried to remember her behavior a few weeks ago before the National Examination, she felt she did nothing to make the principal call her. Risa thought. "Just relax, no need to be tense, I call you here to ask where you want to continue your education said Mrs. Emil until today you haven't confirmed the school about the campus you chose "said Mr. Anton as headmaster after Risa sat right in front of him "I don't know, sir," Risa answered calmly because she was really confused. No, confused about choosing a campus, but the most confusing thing is whether he has to go to school or enough is only limited to secondary school. "You are a smart kid, honey if you don't continue your education, why?" Mr. Anton asked when he saw the expression of doubt that emerged from Risa's face. "You know, I also called you because there was very good news, for you," said Mr. Anton, smiling meaningfully to Risa and Mrs. Emil who smiled softly at him, making Risa frown in confusion. "What?" Tanya Risa wants to know while looking at Mr. Anton and Mrs. Emil alternately. "The first news is that you have succeeded in becoming the biggest National Examination winner in Indonesia. The second news is that there are two universities that give you the first scholarship, Indonesian university and the second from Singapore." Mr. Anton explained, Risa was a little pensive. Why when his heart tried to stop his education until here were there two prestigious universities that gave him what scholarships did God provide for me? Risa thought while looking at the document that had just been given by the principal. "Singapore." Risa said half thinking with her eyes still focused on the document still lying on the table. "Please think of this golden opportunity," said Mrs. Emil, with her gentle smile, making Risa look up, looking away from the document on the table, looking at Mrs. Emil. "This is form 2 universities and documents for the results of your National Examination, fill in what you chose for the last collection limit on Saturday," said the Principal, submitting a document containing 2 university forms giving him a scholarship. Risa only answered with a nod of her head, and she immediately said goodbye to come out. After leaving the principal's room, his mind really couldn't move away from the conversation. What should he do now? Talk to his parents? And they will come and embrace Risa proudly with her achievements. No, that's the most impossible thing. *** Diana Merisa (Risa) POV I don't know whether I have to be happy or have to be sad after getting word that I got a scholarship from two universities at once. In addition, Singapore universities gave me scholarships there. Aren't they wrong? I'm only Risa who can't do anything? Why did they choose me? There are many more questions raging in my brain. I was confused at first I did not care about my education after high school, my mother's father did not ask questions and cared about education I was not like my friend's parents who at a glance I heard that his mother's father would pay for college abroad while I could study without funding my parents. Why should I do everything like this now? Will my mother's father be happy to hear that I got this scholarship? Will father and mother be proud of the value of the results of my National Examination which is ranked first in Indonesia. No, they won't care about me. They will only care about their stack of files. "Why is the principal called?" the voice suddenly appeared from behind me making me turn around and I could see the girl who was always cheerful and always followed me there while standing looking at me. Then he smiled, I looked at him for a long time, why did he really want to be friends with me? Suddenly, a question arose in my mind. "Why look at me like that?" Amel asked when he saw me and continued to see him I shook my head then continued my steps. He still faithfully followed me walking. That's his habit, but this time I won't argue with him, I will let him act with what he wants. Until finally my steps stopped at the school park I sat on a bench and he sat next to me. He looked at me as if he was reading the facial expression I was now showing. "Why are you? Tell me," he said when he sat facing me, making me look at him for a long time. "Why do you want to be friends with me?" My question after turning my eyes straight away no longer looked at him "Because you're a good person Sa. Do you want me to be your friend?" He answered and asked while smiling expectantly and holding my hand, I just turned and looked away again and looked straight ahead. "I got a scholarship to go to college." I said calmly, I did not know what my intentions and intentions were to say that to the girl in front of me who was always expressive and seemed excessive in my opinion. "oh yeah good, where is that?" She asked curiously and looked very excited, although it was clear that I had just received an unpleasant scholarship like he had just heard the news. "University of Indonesia is the same as in Singapore" the girl's eyeballs gathered a sign that she was surprised and did not believe what I had just said "Wow, you got a scholarship to Singapore," he replied. After a few minutes of silence, maybe he tried to digest the words I just said. "Which one do you want" Tanya nyah who looked very enthusiastic and only I answered with a shake "You know I want to study at the University of Indonesia and I have to study hard so I can pass the college exam, while you University of Indonesia itself asks you to study there. I salute you, can you change the name to me name?" She said while looking at my written name formatted permanently as if it was made specifically for me as a scholarship recipient. "What is your chosen faculty?" I asked when I heard he also wanted to enter the University of Indonesia. "Economy". I just nodded as the answer After chatting with the cheerful girl I immediately went home. I will try to think about it later when I get home. *** I hesitated to enter because I saw my parents' car in the garage, but finally I entered too. When I opened the door my body froze, saw my parents' argument in the living room. When my father saw my whereabouts, I immediately ran up the stairs to my room. I was afraid to see Father's view, because in each of their quarrels I would get hurt. I feel that my presence in this world is a destroyer of my mother and father's relationship. Because when my father or mother saw me, they always looked very angry. "Where do you want to go, naughty boy?" Father shouted from below to me who ran up the stairs to my room. I immediately closed myself in my room and locked the door, I was really scared, all I did was sit in the corner of the room while hugging my knees and crying. I really feel scared now I heard the door knock hard. I was so scared that I tightened my hands to my knees. Even though I was trembling, I tried to take my cellphone and tried to contact Uncle Dimas, but was not appointed, I kept trying many times, but still he did not take it. I immediately sent a message to Uncle Dimas to go home, because hearing the loud noise behind the door of the room really made me feel more scared. #R05
