Tommy nodded frantically.
“I know it does. I bet if I brought my strap-on dildo to work, and f****d your little ass with it, that would turn you on even more, wouldn’t it? You’d spout a come-gusher ten feet through the air!”
Tommy squealed again in terrible distress, so aroused by the thought it was nearly unbearable. Sara straightened back up and glanced at Shanna.
Her new partner’s eyes were shining, her cheeks were flushed and those pneumatic boobs heaved more noticeably than ever. Her gaze was fixed on Sara’s open dress, and not in censure or disapproval. It was lust in those eyes, or Sara had never seen it. She straightened and moved back across the bed and Tommy’s squirming, bloated body from Shanna. Again she smacked their puppy-in-heat smartly in the ass. In response he wriggled even more desperately, his raging erection bobbing continuously in its mad need.
“I bet you’d like me to whip this ass before I f****d it, too. And I know you’d love lovely Shanna to whip it and f**k it as well, probably even more than me.”
Tommy keened in emphatic agreement, garbling out some muffled plea, and Sara grinned across at avidly watching, n****e-popping Shanna.
“Go ahead and smack him. He loves it, and we’ve got ten minutes to kill. Put a little thrill into his institutional life. Just don’t leave any marks that won’t fade within minutes. Teasing and tormenting Tommy like this is our little secret.”
Shanna didn’t need a second invitation. She smacked his ass a half dozen times, giggling with scandalized glee both at her own daring and Tommy’s wildly aroused reaction. Sara meanwhile smiled to herself with delicious satisfaction.
It had been a risk opening up to Shanna like this on her first day, but not much of one. Sara had recognized a kindred spirit with that first uncontrollable giggle. The two of them were going to have a lot of fun together and maybe more. The way Shanna’s eyes kept darting to her partially exposed breasts was very promising indeed. In any case, enough risks had been taken already this morning. Just one more, and then it would be time to act professional again.
“Okay Tommy. You’ve been a good little b***h-boy, and I guess you’ve earned your reward. Watch this, Shanna honey: one little touch is all it takes.”
Sara leaned over, and reached in with a single gloved finger. Very lightly she stroked once up the underside of Tommy’s frantically bobbing hard-on. At once he cried out more urgently than ever, wrenched against his restraints and ejaculated convulsively. Then he slumped gasping in his bonds as Shanna applauded and Sara primly re-buttoned her uniform. That done she nodded toward the foot of the bed.
“Okay girl, that’s enough fun for now. Tommy’s still got five minutes to hold that in and let it work. Let’s take a look at his chart; see if there’s anything you don’t understand.”
To the accompaniment of miserable male whimpering (a sound that was frankly aphrodisiacal to Sara) they went over the chart together.
Shanna was acquainted with the amount and nature of the medications to be administered, the schedule for these and the checking of vital signs and trips to various therapies, etcetera. By the time she was comfortable and familiar enough with all this the required ten minutes and more had passed. Tommy had likewise passed from whimpering to sobbing nonstop at the monstrous pressure in his rectum. Post-ejaculation this had lost its s****l component and become pure torture for him.
Sara had Shanna unplug him, and he immediately expelled that huge amount of liquid (along with any waste, which seemed minimal today) into the basin positioned under him.
“Good enough,” Sara declared, stripping off her gloves and discarding them. “The aides will be around eventually to clean him up and let him down. Let’s go see who’s next on our list.”
Without a further word or even glance of acknowledgement at their patient/plaything, the nurses left the room and moved on down the hall.
Most of the other patients under their care were far more mundane responsibilities. They administered drugs, took vitals, changed dressings, tended to bedsores, and of course slapped away groping hands with a kind of absent exasperation for Sara and increasing indignation on the part of Shanna. Everyone capable of it exclaimed over what a beauty the new nurse was, and there was no end of witless comments and cackling or breathlessly sincere propositions. And as Sara had warned, it wasn’t just the patients who were taken with her and too classless to be subtle about it. Every male nurse, aide, orderly and custodian on the floor took every opportunity to size her up, ogle her shamelessly or brazenly hit on her.
Shanna had obviously never been through such a gauntlet. When eight p.m. finally brought the end of their shift she looked absolutely frazzled. Though she hadn’t brought any street clothes herself, she followed Sara into the little changing room where they’d each been assigned a locker. Clearly she had a lot on her mind.
“My god, you weren’t kidding about the guys in this place! They’re worse than pimply little teenagers!”
“You got that right,” agreed Sara, stripping off her uniform. Noting the none-too-surreptitious way Shanna was doing some ogling herself, Sara took her time about removing her heavy work bra. Letting her big breasts tumble free, jiggle about and sway enticingly around, she reached into her locker for a tight-fitting sweater and slowly pulled it on. Equally tight jeans came next, then finally a pair of sexy high-heeled boots. Shanna’s running tirade had petered off during this spectacle, but at last she seemed to come back to herself.
“Anyway, I’m so grateful they assigned me you to show me the ropes. You really helped me out today. It’s as if I have a new best friend after one day on the job. Listen, if you’re not busy, could we maybe go for a drink or something and talk some more? I really need to unwind, but I need your guidance even more.”
“That would be my most delightful pleasure!” Sara responded sincerely. She grabbed her purse and shut the locker. “I know the perfect place. It’s dark and quiet and none of the other staff frequent it, so we can talk freely. Follow me, honey. It’s only ten minutes away.”
2.
Shortly afterward the two nurses, one still in uniform right to the pinned-on cap, sat across from each other in a private, padded booth. Low lighting, dark soft leather and soothing music surrounded them, perfect for relaxation and the exchange of intimacies. A waitress brought their drinks – vodka and tonic for Shanna and a highball for Sara – and they sipped and smiled at each other. After a pause that was in no way awkward they began to talk shop.
Sara answered all her friend’s questions regarding the job that she’d likely been lied to about during the interview process. They discussed the hours available, the various pay grades, and the opportunities and obligations that weren’t spelled out in the job description, particularly involving overtime, advancement, and raises. Then predictably enough they returned to complaining about the men they had to work with.
“I can understand the grabby patients,” Shanna remarked crossly. “Like you said, most of them are just dirty old men. They were raised that way, or they’re demented and can’t help themselves. Or they’re alone in the world, have been institutionalized for a decade or more and are just trying to grab what excitement they can before they’re carted off to the morgue. But what’s with all those asshole orderlies and janitors and such? I must have had my butt pinched a dozen times today, and even my n*****s. And all those crude come-ons – do they really think that works with girls? Or is that their f****d-up way of flirting?”
“Oh, it’s hell being a hot chick,” grinned Sara. But right away Shanna countered this.
“It’s not that. Don’t get me wrong, I know I’m hot. You are too. Hell, we’re the hottest two chicks in the place, but I was watching them. They hit on everybody that way. They’re f*****g creepy, I tell you. I kept expecting them to try to squeeze the t**s of that old b***h, what’s her name, the one with the glasses and the attitude?”
“Miriam. I know what you mean. They’re guys, what can I tell you? They’re all pigs and scum. And hospital work attracts a certain type. Think about all the attractive young women that work there: nurses, aides, candy-stripers, physical and occupational therapists, secretaries, receptionists, social workers, etcetera. It draws the creeps like fresh meat does flies.
“You just have to be a b***h about it. Smack them down hard. Some of them will get the message. Some never will. Dealing with them just goes with the job. I’ll tell you one thing though: get a can of mace for your pocket, and practice your ball-kicking and eye-gouging. Girls have been r***d there, in closets and exam rooms and especially the parking garage. And you are the most luscious young piece I’ve ever laid eyes on.”
“Thanks,” said Shanna warmly, her gaze signaling clearly that this was for more than the advice. They smiled at each other, eyes locking speculatively, and then tossed back the rest of their drinks.
Sara signaled for more. Once these were delivered she continued her warnings.
“What you really have to watch out for though are the doctors.”
“What do you mean?”
“Some of them are just as bad. And they have all the power. They can ruin your career for you. You’ve heard of s****l harassment? Well it’s rampant in that place. And complaining about it will only get you fired.
“I’m sure you remember one of the forms you signed when you were hired, the one about how you gave up your right to sue if you were let go. That’s just one of the tools they use. The bastards are ruthless and they never give up.
“They all know I’m gay, no interest in s*x with men whatsoever, and yet they still come on to me all the time, even the married ones – hell, especially them. It takes some serious finesse to fend them off and not find yourself demoted, transferred to a s**t floor or even fired. Some of the girls find it easier to just put out for them, and of course they’re the ones that get all the pay raises and preferential treatment. f*****g whores are all they are.”
Sara had noted the way Shanna had spilled her drink a bit when she mentioned her homosexuality. She moved swiftly to both reassure the girl about the job and steer the conversation in the necessary direction.
“Still, that’s the career we’ve chosen, and I’m sure the same harassment happens to women everywhere who find themselves under male authority. The trick is to enjoy the compensations that come with it, like when the tables are turned and you find yourself in a position of authority over a helpless man. Remember Tommy?”
“God, yes!” Shanna burst out laughing, her big blue eyes immediately twinkling once again with mirth and s****l excitement. “I could have gone on smacking his ass all day! And the way he stared at us was priceless, especially when you unbuttoned your dress! He was like a starvation victim at a harvest feast. You know what though? It would be so much better to tease and torment him like that every day for years on end and yet never, ever let him come. That would drive the little s*x addict totally out of his mind.”
“Agreed!” laughed Sara. “But then he might not be so easy to manipulate, and it would be harder to get away with things like spanking him, squeezing his balls, or using my whole hand but the thumb to disimpact him.”
“Do you really?” Shanna’s delighted, scandalized laughter rang out again. “Hell girl, why don’t you just fist-f**k him while you’re at it?”
“Don’t think I haven’t been tempted!”
Both girls roared with laughter. When it subsided, Shanna took a huge gulp of her drink. Setting it down, she concentrated on making overlapping rings on the tabletop with the base of the glass while asking her next question with an inadequate attempt at casualness.
“Do you really have a strap-on dildo?”
Supremely delighted at where this was surely going, Sara chose to draw the suspense out a bit with her answer.
“Honey I’m a hard-core lesbian. I’ve got a dozen of them. If you’re asking if I’ve ever f****d a guy with one, like I teased little Tommy about, the answer is no. But I’d sure love to. Especially all those asshole orderlies and doctors we’ve been talking about. I’d like to pound every one of them until they bleed and cry and never dare harass a woman again.”
