The girl. The one that ruined everything. But I'm confident that I killed her. I remember it like it happened yesterday. But now...? She's alive again.... When I first sensed her overpowering aura, I thought my brain was off-kilter. I dismissed it as guilt over the kill. But the next day, when I was stalking my prey through the streets of Yethei, I caught a whiff of her. Evly Dallas di Kallista.... If it weren't for her, my coven would not have been tortured then slaughtered. If it weren't for her, Talia Evans would still be alive. If it weren't for her, I'd be free... When Azagoth killed my people, I found out that I had a heart. But too late will always be too late. Talia took my heart with her when she died. Di Kallista was unmistakably alive. That must mean that her companion Martyr was as well. I swore upon the graves of Talia and my coven that I'll avenge their deaths. I watered their graves with my blood and their spirits rose up to take the oath unto themselves. I felt a light burn as a thin red beam wove itself around my left bicep. When the light faded, a band that consists of a snake swallowing its tail, appeared on my bicep. A blood oath of vengeance.
