Prologue
My parents Sidney and Drew named me Leah Giselle Snow, but everyone calls me Snow. Everyone says it’s because I am very pretty, but I knew it had a lot to do with my skin complexion. They were not lying when they say that I’m gorgeous. I was very beautiful and could give any Hollywood elite actress or model a run for their money.
I’m five foot one inches tall, beautiful curly blonde hair, ocean blues eyes and natural pouty lips. My body was all real and curvaceous. I wasn’t your ordinary Becky with the good hair; my ass been through some s**t in my life.
My mom, Sidney, and dad, Drew ran one of the biggest heroin and meth lab organizations in the state of Pennsylvania. We were living the good life. Vacations six times a year, driving the newest cars, and a big ranch house. My dad made sure that me and my brother Luke had anything we ever wanted. I thought my parents were untouchable until May 24th, 1998 when the FBI raided my home. An FBI agent shot and killed my father when my dad reached for his 12-gauge shotgun. My mom and Luke were arrested and sentence to life in prison. I was sent to live with my god mom Yolanda.
I got pregnant with my oldest child TreShawn during my senior year in high school. I gave birth two months before graduation. I wasn’t ready to be a mother, so I sent him to live with his father Mike and his wife Toya. My relationship with my first born is kind of strain. He only puts up with me because his father reminds him that I was his biological mother at the end of the day. I didn’t like having responsibilities or working hard for anything. I liked having things just handed to me. I enjoyed living in the fast lane and that was my biggest mistake. Now I’m paying for trying to take the easy way out and not staying out of the way.
