Why do I keep dreaming about him?

They all stared at James for his reply, he sighed and looked up at his parent. Tristan clenched his fist and looked away, “here we go” he thought. “I and Tristan went to see a movie and while we were coming back, we saw an accident on the way, that had caused a big delay for us because cars couldn't move” Tristan looked at him, he never knew James could come up with that type of excuse, the cottage they went to wasn't comfortable for him and he was scared of the men, why is he still covering up for him? All this was going through his mind. “Oh really? An accident? I hope no one gets hurt...” Mr. Charlie asked worriedly. Tristan shook his head sadly, “It was very tragic... Very very”. Mrs. Charlie folded her arms, “If you two had come earlier, would you have been delayed by some accident and traffic? You two better be careful, driving at night is a risk and you can see why by that accident you saw... I don't want anything bad to happen to you guys that is why I and your dad call the curfew 8 for you two” she said. Tristan walked away from them, James followed. “These boys”, The woman sighed and walked into her room. “You just have to take it easy with them, they are becoming an adult and wouldn't want no one to control them...” said the man, he sat on the bed “I really don't want Tristan to feel like he is old enough to live alone, I wouldn't be able to say no to that,” he thought and sighed. The woman noticed and moved near her husband, “what is it honey? Are you okay?” she asked worriedly. Mrs. Charlie smiled and turned to her, “I just want everything to turn out well, for us and the boys, and Isabella...” he said. “Everything will be, don't worry... I am suggesting something” The man looked at his wife, “what is it?” he asked. She sit upright and stared at her husband, “Why don't you start taking one of them to work? You know James loves trading a lot and you have a lot of companies, he is good at calculations and managing people... Won't it be nice to start taking him to work honey? To look at how it is done before he turns 20 and can start working there”. Mr. Charlie let out a sigh and looked away, he turned to her and answered, “Why is Tristan out of your suggestion? And from what we know, he is older than James... Why don't you talk about him and James, why only James?” he asked curiously. The woman was shocked at that question, not knowing the answer to give, she looked at him and shook her head. “Are you trying to say I don't love Tristan as much as I love James?” she asked. “That is not what I am saying, I am saying they are both our boys and one shouldn't be left out of the option, the older one should learn first... I would say the same thing if James was older as well” he replied and watched his wife lay on the bed. She shut her eyes and turned away from him, “Okay got it... Let us sleep now” said Mrs. Charlie. The man looked at her and then lay down as well, he sighed and shut his eyes. --------------------- “TRISTAN... TRISTAN... TRISTAN” The young man gasped and sat up, he looked around, “what does she want from me? What is going on?” he said frustrated, and stood up from his bed. “If I don't sleep anymore, maybe she would leave me the f**k alone then”, the young man concluded and hit his bed angrily. He entered the shower and removed his shirt, profused sweat was all over his face. Tristan stared at the mirror and groaned softly, “who is she? Am I being possessed?” he said and put on the shower. He couldn't stop thinking about the voice as every drop of water hit his body, he ran his finger through his hair and sighed deeply. “Tristan? Why do I keep dreaming about him? Who are you?” Tristan ran out of the shower and looked around, “am I crazy or did I just hear that voice whispering in my ear?” he yelled and grabbed his head, “am I being possessed? Who are you? Leave me alone!!! Why are you calling my name” he yelled angrily, looking around fearfully. He put off the shower shortly and grabbed his towel, “I need fresh air, I think the alcohol I took is working badly... I am definitely going crazy” he said and put on a shirt and shorts. Tristan went out his window and got to the balcony, he met the chair he had brought outside earlier and sat on it. He felt the cold breeze on his body, the young man heaved a sigh and stared at the stars in the sky, “I miss you mom...” he said and looked down sadly, “She would have given me an answer to my weird dream by now, she always has an answer to everything” he muttered. “Hey there you are” For some reason, Tristan flinched at first. He saw James and laughed softly “I am going crazy”. James grabbed a sit and looked at his brother, “I knocked at your door and no one replied, I figured you were sleeping or in here” he said and noticed Tristan wasn't looking so well. “Have you been skipping your sleep? The bags under your eyes look so heavy” said James. Tristan looked at his brother and sighed, “I will be fine” he said, knowing his brother might think he is crazy if he had told him about the weird dream and the voices whispering in his ear, as bad as he is dying to talk to someone, he kept it in. James stared at him for a short while, he looked away and smiled at the sky, “the sky here looks so good... You sure have the best side of the room, I am jealous” he said and looked down at Tristan. The young man scoffed, “there is nothing to be jealous about” said Tristan. James know something is not right about him, he didn't want to trespass so he decided to change the topic, “That was close though, mom and dad almost caught us” he said smiling. Tristan whose mind was still on the weird things happening to him, had forgotten about how James saved them. “Thank you... Dad would have freaked out if he found out about Nate and Nick”. James gave him a warm smile, “I would always have your side, you are my brother...” he replied and looked away, “and I also promised to not tell anyone remember?” he added. Tristan smiled and nodded, “I am moved” he answered. James looked at him, they both laughed softly. “How did you get to know them? I mean Nick and what is the other Italian guy's name again?” James asked. Tristan smiled and rested his back, “they are my savior... They saved me” he replied and looked at his curious brother, “they helped me from getting hit by some kids when I was still little...” “You have been friends with them ever since then?” James asked, looking surprised. The young man nodded yes and continued, “They are like a family to me... I really bless the day I met them” he added. “Wowww!! That is amazing, I am so happy you have that kind of nice people in your life” James said, he laughed and turned to Tristan, “I was scared to death when I entered in there, especially when I saw Nick behind me”. Tristan almost guffawed but he controlled himself from waking the whole house up, “that was really funny... You should see your face”. Shortly, James left Tristan's room and went back to his. He got in and met his mother standing few feet from him, “what are you doing here mom? You scared the s**t out of me” the young man said and walked into his closet. The woman followed him, “What is going on between you and Tristan? Is this what we planned? Have you surrender to him and accept defeat? Do you want to be his personal assistant while he gets to be the heir?” she said softly. James turned to his mother, “mom aren't you supposed to be in bed? I don't want to talk about this” he replied. Mrs. Charlie stared at her son and couldn't believe what was happening, “what has Tristan done to you?” “Nothing, I want to sleep, mom... Come on” said James. The woman scoffed and walked to the door, “I don't know what has gotten into you, but you like it or not... Tristan must be removed from this family, you are the heir and that is final young man” she said and walked out of the room angrily. James sighed and fell on his bed, “hmmm”.
