Jennifer was shocked to see news of her own death on television. She really did not expect that the corpse found in the forest ravine was identified as her. It felt like the most impossible thing he'd ever heard. She is still alive, standing and feeling hungry even though her face has now changed. She knew the only thing that could explain everything was Thomas. But getting back there was a tough decision for Jennifer. She wouldn't be sure she'd be able to get out again after returning to that house.
Jennifer was very worried. She is on the decision between returning or not. Is it possible she just let the news of her death and continue to live life here. Although curious, Jennifer admitted that the news of her death didn't have much effect on her either. Jennifer's life has been shattered after the death of her father and mother as well as the betrayal of her own sister.
Jennifer wants a new life and what is happening now is what she wants. So why did she care about the news of her death? One day who the corpse that replaced him will also be revealed by itself.
“Why haven't you slept yet?” Alex asked.
"You've come," said Jennifer.
"Yes. The business over there is done. As you know, Jennifer is dead. I don't know whether I should continue this novel or not. But for a moment I thought about everything you said. Jennifer is dead or not the killer of all this matter must be found soon . "
"Of course. Justice must be served. We must find the culprit behind all the deaths of Steven's family. I will always support you," Jennifer said, showing her fist.
Alex laughed at Jennifer's attitude. "Okay. We will continue this struggle. I brought food from my regular restaurant. Hope you like it."
Jennifer received the parcel from Alex. "Thank you," said Jennifer.
Alex just nodded, then he walked to his room. Meanwhile Jennifer opened the plastic wrap and immediately ate it. It just so happened that Jennifer's stomach was very hungry.
When morning comes. Jennifer immediately took a shower and prepared breakfast. She makes sandwiches. Do not forget a glass of milk and then set it on the table. Just when all the preparations were done Alex had come out of his room.
"You're awake," said Alex.
"Let's have breakfast. So that we can be excited to solve this case."
" I like your spirit . " Alex pulled a dining chair and sat down . They both eat together.
"What are we going to do today?" Ask Jennifer.
"Today we won't be doing anything. I want this day to be relaxing but by doing something healthy. Do you like martial arts?"
Jennifer was silent. If she said that since childhood her father had taught martial arts maybe Alex would ask who her father would be. So Jennifer's better off lying.
"I like martial arts. Especially with what my new job is at the moment. Of course I have to learn so as not to make things difficult for you."
Alex smiled faintly at Jennifer's words. "Okay then I'll teach you."
Jennifer immediately got ready. She was wearing a tracksuit consisting of long pants and a long-sleeved shirt. Jennifer prefers to wear clothes that cover parts of her body rather than those that highlight parts of her body.
After everything was ready they both immediately went to the place where Alex practiced martial arts. Arriving there Jennifer was very surprised to see Thomas. Especially when Thomas saw him too and started walking towards him. Jennifer almost ran or hid herself by asking permission to go to the toilet. But who would have thought that Alex was holding her hand.
"Hello, looks like I bumped into you yesterday," Alex greeted Thomas.
"Apparently you still remember me," said Thomas.
"Of course. "
"Introduce me Thomas. Did you come here to train with your girlfriend?"
Jennifer was very nervous when Thomas looked at her. But Alex continued to hold his wrist.
"My name is Alex. While this girl's name is Jenny. We will practice together here," replied Alex. "Do you know him too?"
Jennifer was very surprised by Alex's question. But she was more surprised by Thomas's answer.
"No. I think all the men here will always see Jennie. She is quite beautiful and very attractive. Then have fun practicing. I don't want to disturb you guys."
“Thanks, you too.” Alex pulled Jeni's hand to follow his lead. With forced courage Jennifer walked past Thomas. She must always be near Alex until they both go home. Jennifer didn't want Thomas to come to her.
It turns out that Alex really likes karate. His abilities are extraordinary. But Jennie had to pretend she couldn't do it. Until Alex patiently trains Jennie. For a moment during practice, Jennie forgot about Thomas' existence. She just remembered when she sat down to rest and drink water. Not knowing when Thomas walked up to him, he was already sitting next to Jennifer.
"Why did you run away?" The question immediately made Jennifer choke. She tried to act casual so that Alex wouldn't get suspicious.
"Jims thought you'd come back if you saw the news of your death. But I'm not sure. And I was right. You wouldn't care about the news. You'd rather forget the past and move on. So why did you run from us? ? Did we make a mistake?" asked Thomas.
Jennifer didn't know where to answer. She just couldn't believe they were secret agents. They were too cold-blooded killers than agents.
For now, Jennifer is actually confused to distinguish between good and bad people. She is actually more comfortable with strangers who don't know who she is and her past. Jennifer would decide everything once she calmed down. The experience of being betrayed by her own family makes Jennifer no longer trust anyone. Especially in people who claim to care about him.
"Are you done? Let's go home," said Alex when Jennifer hadn't said anything to Thomas.
Jennifer immediately nodded and stood up for a towel. Then she walked in Alex's footsteps. Thomas wouldn't dare bother him as long as Jennifer was around Alex. But that's precisely what makes Jennifer curious. Alex seemed to be deliberately positioning himself by Jennifer's side so Thomas wouldn't interfere.
"I'm sorry I invited you here. I didn't know Thomas was coming to this place too," said Alex, surprising Jennifer.
"You know him?" Jennifer asked curiously.
"Of course. He was a victim of war. He was raised by Jims. And has been with him. Thomas's abilities are extraordinary. He is a medical and plastic surgeon. And he has many other skills."
"How do you know?" Jennifer asked curiously.
"I'm a mystery writer and detective. Of course I know many secrets in the world of police and secret services," said Alex.
Jennifer was silent. She began to think about asking Jims and Steven's relationship. But if she asked Alex would be suspicious if Jennifer was not a daughter from childhood.
